"Hello Jim: Thanks for all you help. Yesterday, I took my Tsunami to the lake for the first time. At first, when I got into the kayak, I felt very uncomfortable. I even thought, wait a second, why I felt so good when I was testing it and now it feels so wrong? After 15 minutes, I was feeling fine…. after 1 hour I was filling like it was the perfect choice. I spent about 3 hours in the lake and had a great time. The Tsunami worked great. I was using your hints, including edging to turn and concentrating more in the part how to paddle correctly.
Something, I was glad is the way you let me test your kayaks. If you remember, after the Pungo and the Liquid Logic (the recreational), I tried the Carolina and it felt like a good option. Then later, I tested the Tsunami 125 and it felt also good. After trying the Tsunami 120, I told you it was the boat for me. That day, I went back and tried the Carolina and then the Tsunami 120, and definitely, the best choice for me was the Tsunami 120. I think that yesterday getting used to it at first was kind of awkward, but after a little bit, I knew it was the perfect choice.
I just wanted to let you know about my first experience with my Tsunami… Once again, thanks for all you help. I really appreciate it."

The Perception Scout 10 (lime green) handles great for her size and skill level....and she can carry it herself. "Please pass on to Jim that the Chestnut Hill Academy canoe trip on the Wading River, with day of canoe training before worked like a charm. Kids knew how to work with their partners, they were ready to be challenged by the current, and even though the trip took 6 hours total, they were not unhappy. The high water level helped, of course, but the instruction and river assistance Tuesday of the Philadelphia Canoe folks, Louie, Bob and Roy, was brilliant. Breaking into 3 small groups, with lead and trail for each was the key to making it a successful experience. Thanks for your guidance, and it sure looks like this is the way we should structure the trip next year. Best to all--your guys were great, as always."

"What an awesome experience. It started with Jim calling me back on
the phone and spending close to 45 minutes answering all my questions and
giving me some very sound advice. And this took place after hours on a
Thursday night. That Saturday I wasn't able to come into the store until
4:00 and Jim was taking care of a couple people already. But still he was

Hi Dave, The kayak arrived here in St. Paul in great shape. It was well packed for the truck line shipment, being wrapped with several layers of bubble wrap and non woven fabric along with extra padding at the bow and stern. Please let your packagers know they did a wonderful job. I have had the kayak out on local lakes twice now in the past week and am very pleased with my purchase.
