ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES & RETURN PICK UPS:

• Arrivals must sign in (30) THIRTY MINUTES prior to DEPARTURE TIME.
• Entire party and personal items must be ready for boarding at the designated departure area. Dispatch will call your trip number prior to boarding.
• All persons and/or groups must be ready for return pick up no later than 5:00 pm (May thru October) and 4:00 pm (November thru April).
• A late fee of $30.00 per boat will be charged.  A late pick up is scheduled by management discretion. 
• Each person and/or group leader is responsible for the proper care and return of boat(s)/equipment rented.  Stay with your boat at all times.

RESERVATIONS:  (Bel Haven reserves the right to change rates without notice.)

• All rates are reserved as per boat pricing.  Rates are subject to NJ state sales tax that is included in the total where applicable. 
• All river trips have minimum and maximum number of rental boats required to insure you receive the date and time desired.
• A $10.00 per boat deposit fee is required (14) fourteen days prior to scheduled river trip.  Please take note that a reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received. 
• Any reservation booked (14) fourteen days or less of arrival is subject to full payment at time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS:

• Bel Haven reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any river trip to an alternate river trip based on conditions warranting a change.
• Reservations must be cancelled no later than (3) three days prior to a river trip without penalty.
• Changes to the number of boats reserved must be made no later than (3) three days prior to a river trip without penalty. 
• Adding additional boats to a reservation at any time is subject to availability. 
• Decreasing or increasing the number of boats may change your price category.
• Penalties apply to cancellations less than (3) three days prior to trip.  Penalties apply to late arrivals or no shows.
• Penalties include but not limited to inclement weather, illness or work schedules and are defined as a forfeit of all deposits.
• Any and all exceptions are per management discretion.

RAINCHECKS:

• Cancellations less than (3) three days or on the day of a reservation due to inclement weather are subject to management discretion without penalty.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:

• Bel Haven is not responsible for any personal belongings lost on the waterways or in transport to and from and on our premises before, during or after a river trip.
